At Geedup Co, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
